Newgrounds it not for people to submit flash tutorials. Not only did the tutorial explain very basic things but it could've had a lot more effort put in e.g sound, this must've taken 3 hours at most. Please, I'm not saying the tutorial is bad but please do not submit your tutorials to newgrounds, even if others do. NG should be for flash & games & not cheap ways to get high scores like this. This should no way be above 3.0 & to be honest, I can't believe it is...
Yeah, but tutorials help people become better at flash, which leads to better and more flash animations. To tell you the truth I didn't expect over 3.0 I was really surprised.

Yeah not a bad movie. Graphics looked really bad in some places but good in others & it's the idea that counts. It was pretty funny & I liked it as a short, for how long it was it actually was kinda a big file size but thats just the music. Well done anyways.

Mate, the graphics were nice, that sound was annoying at first but once it had started along with the fuzzy bits it made a great effect. I loved the 24 series & I'm english so I was kinda hoping to see something like this, this could've been great as in top 50! If it only wasn't for the fact it was so short... Even if you are thinking of making another episode, please don't split them into seperate episodes like this unless they are a decent length & more happens in them, that way your movies will go further.

Ok I gotta give a 10 for those graphics cos that that animation was so fucking smooth. For its file size, it was a fair length too. There is one thing I don't get though. Garry009 a reviewer 1 or 2 places before me said:

Nice drawings, ok idea. The song added to a good theme. It was kinda funny but didn't actually make me laugh. It would've been a lot better if their was more jokes related to windows 95.

But as soon as u watch it I think XIAO springs to everyone's minds. Also it would've made a better impact if you just had the sound effects in or a better placed music cos that just gave me a headache.... Your a good animator but please for fucks sake please use your creation.
